    Wema Bank’s 5 For 5 Promo Season 3 Grand Finale Set To Hold In Lagos

    Wema Bank, Nigeria’s foremost innovative bank and the pioneer of Africa’s first fully digital bank, ALAT, is set to conclude the third season of its notable reward initiative, the 5 for 5 Promo. 

    PLATFORM TIMES reports that the  grand finale is slated for Friday, May 31, 2024, in Lagos, promising an exciting climax with a N10 million cash prize up for grabs in the final draw.

    Introduced in 2019, the Wema Bank 5 for 5 Promo was created to reward the bank’s customers for their loyalty and active engagement with the bank’s products. 

    Through this initiative, Wema Bank has been able to provide substantial financial support to its customers, aiding their personal, business, and professional endeavours.

    The promo operates through meticulously regulated monthly draws each season, selecting winners from the bank’s pool of active and transacting customers based on specified requirements and modalities.

    The first two seasons of the promo saw 1,177 customers receiving a total of N63.3 million in cash rewards, with 23 of them emerging as millionaires.

     This initiative has become a beacon of hope for millions of Nigerians and businesses across the country, significantly impacting their lives and financial stability.

    Season 3: Raising the BarSeason 3 of the 5 for 5 Promo commenced in July 2023 and has significantly raised the stakes with a total cash prize of N90 million, surpassing the previous seasons. 

    This season has seen the promo tour various locations across Nigeria over a span of 10 months, surprising customers with cash prizes ranging from N25,000 to N1,000,000 each month.

     The inclusivity and diversity of the promo have made it a standout initiative, positively touching the lives of hundreds of Nigerians of different ages, statuses, and backgrounds.

    As the final draw approaches, anticipation is high among both past winners and hopeful participants.

     The grand finale will see 120 lucky winners taking home their share of the N10 million cash prize, adding to the excitement and impact of the promo.

    Expressions of Gratitude and EncouragementMabel Adeteye, Head of Brands & Marketing Communications at Wema Bank, expressed deep gratitude to the bank’s customers for their unwavering support throughout Wema Bank’s 79-year journey. 

    She highlighted the bank’s commitment to giving back to its customers, noting that the 5 for 5 Promo was born out of a sense of gratitude and a commitment to empowering customers.

    Adeteye encouraged Nigerians to take advantage of the final draw, explaining the simple requirements for qualification: “Fund your account with at least N5,000 and make up to 5 transactions using the ALAT App, *945#, or your ALAT/Wema Card, maintaining a N5,000 minimum average account balance. 

    It doesn’t matter where you are, what you do, or when you started banking with us—you can be a winner. NYSC members have won, business owners, undergraduate students, working class professionals, everyone from Gen Z to the baby boomers—there’s room for all in the Wema Bank family and the 5 for 5 Promo.

    ”Impact Beyond BordersThe 5 for 5 Promo has not only transformed lives within Nigeria but also reached Nigerians in the diaspora. With a total of N80 million already disbursed in the first nine draws of Season 3, the grand finale aims to make a significant impact by rewarding 120 more Nigerians.

    In addition, Wema Bank provides an opportunity for Nigerians living abroad to earn US Dollars legitimately, with potential earnings of up to $17,000 (approximately N25 million).

    As the final draw on May 31, 2024, approaches, Wema Bank invites all eligible customers to participate and stand a chance to win in what promises to be an extraordinary conclusion to an exceptional journey.
