In a spectacular celebration, Ogun State’s renowned and versatile broadcaster, MC VanGaruba, was showered with cash, land, and visa gifts by friends, colleagues, and associates during his grand 3-In-One event.
The occasion, which took place on Thursday,in Abeokuta, combined a book launch, an album release, an award presentation, and a birthday celebration, all in one grand affair.
The event saw a gathering of prominent personalities from various fields who came together to honour VanGaruba.
Among the notable attendees were Assistant Manager of Fresh FM Abeokuta; Yinka Adegbite, popularly called OmoBaba Tisa, Vice President 1 of the Association of Nigerian Broadcasters; Akinyemi Olatoye, (Alawiye Federation), VanGaruba mentor, Kazeem Adejojo, popularly known as Kasnaty; and Alhaji Okiki, CEO of ABNIM Travels and Tours.
Also present were Samson Popoola, the State Chairman of the Police Community Relations Committee and Assistant Corporate Communications Secretary of ANBROAD, Rasheed Ojelabi among others .
In their speeches, the dignitaries praised VanGaruba for his honesty, straightforwardness, and professionalism.
Yinka Adegbite highlighted his integrity, while Akinyemi Olatoye described him as a “listening and professional broadcaster.”
The sentiment was echoed by Alhaji Okiki, who not only praised VanGaruba’s character but also generously gifted him with cash and a visa, emphasizing their long-standing friendship and VanGaruba’s consistent honesty.
VanGaruba’s book, “Unlock The Power of Your Mind,” was one of the highlights of the event.
Speaking about his new release, VanGaruba emphasized the importance of mental empowerment and encouraged everyone to unlock their minds’ potential.
He also introduced his new album, showcasing his multifaceted talent beyond broadcasting.
Expressing his gratitude, VanGaruba thanked everyone who honored him and attended the event, including his friends, colleagues, associates, and family members.
He acknowledged the overwhelming support and accolades he received, which included not only the visa from Alhaji Okiki but also significant cash donations and a piece of land, further underscoring the high regard in which he is held by his community.
