Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has appointed famous singer, Martins Okechukwu Justice, well known as J. Martins, as the Special Assistant on Tourism and Entertainment.
The governor also appointed former Super Eagles forward, Kanu Nwankwo, as the Chairman of Enyimba International Football Club, Aba.
The governor through his Chief Press Secretary, Kazie Uko, on Wednessay, announced this in a statement.
Uko noted that the appointments are with immediate effect.
