He reiterated that the policies and programs of his government are driven by the best interests of the majority of the population, irrespective of ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, or social status.

Governor Abiodun stated, “What you see in our system is a strategic approach towards the formulation and implementation of our policies and programs, which are geared towards the welfare, wellness, and well-being of our people.”

The ongoing developmental strides witnessed across the state are seen as a testament to his administration’s commitment to fairness, justice, accountability, transparency, equity, and democratic principles.

Governor Abiodun assured the people of Ogun State that his government would continue to prioritize good governance and encouraged all stakeholders to join hands in building a brighter future.

He expressed his gratitude to the Royal fathers and the people of Egba division for their consistent support and political sophistication, highlighting their integral role in the state’s development.

The Commissioner for Finance and Chief Economic Adviser to the Ogun State Governor, Mr. Dapo Okubadejo, reiterated the government’s dedication to increasing budgetary inclusiveness to drive the state forward, ensuring policies that directly benefit the citizens.

Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Mr. Olaolu Olabimtan, emphasized the government’s vision of delivering good, focused, and quality governance while creating an enabling environment for Public Private Partnership (PPP) to enhance the value chain.

He revealed that 215 projects were completed within the last 12 months in the Egba division.

During the meeting, former Senator of Ogun Central, Sen. Gbenga Obadara, called for attention to the road leading to the train station at Laderin in Abeokuta and the Adatan Road, which are significant to the people of Egbaland.
