Alleged Sexual Assault: I’m ready for legal battle with Ben – BBNaija Handi

Evicted Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate, Handi Danbaki, has expressed readiness to engage in a legal battle with her colleague, Ben.

DAILY POST recalls that Ben has threatened to take legal action against Handi and her twin sister, Wanni, after they accused him of sexually assaulting the former on the show.

Reacting to Ben’s legal threat in a recent interview with Classic 97.3 FM, Lagos, Handi said she decided to let the matter slide because Ben apologised during their time on the show but was surprised to come out to the news of him threatening legal action.

She said, “I forgot about the issue because after the Saturday night party, he [Ben] came to my ear and said, ‘That’s not who I am, that’s not who I am.’

“He was crying to my ear and I was like, okay, I will drop the case. That’s why I looked past it. But he did do that. And I told him, you did what you did. I really wished Biggie had shown me the video or anything but I’m a woman, I know my body. I know when someone does something to me. I’m not a baby. And I will never come out to say someone did something to me when I’m not sure about it. I’m still standing my ground but I chose to forget about it but if he wants to take it legally he should come, I’m ready for it.”
