Vice-President Kashim Shettima has advised the 119 released minors to strive to be responsible citizens as they unite with their families in Kano and Kaduna states. Shettima gave the advice while handing the minors over to governors Uba Sani and Abba Yusuf of Kano and Kaduna states at the auditorium of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Tuesday.
