No fewer than 19 persons have been confirmed dead in an auto crash that occurred at Hawan Kibo area of Riyom Local Government Council in Plateau State. It was gathered that the vehicle was travelling from Adamawa State to Abuja when the accident occurred on Tuesday morning. Amid the hike in the price of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas, LPG, also known as cooking gas, the Federal Government has banned the export of the commodity produced in Nigeria. The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), Ekperikpe Ekpo, said this in a statement, expressing worry over the rising cost of the commodity. The prices of the commodity have increased from an average of N1,100-N1,250 per kg to N1,525 per kg.
