President Bola Tinubu on Monday, dissolved the Governing Boards of all Federal Government parastatals, agencies, institutions, and government-owned companies. The spokesperson of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Willie Bassey disclosed this in a statement . The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, says it arrested 31,675 drug offenders and convicted 5,147 between 2021 and 2023 . The NDLEA added that over 6.3 million kilogrammes of assorted drugs were seized in the last 29 months. According to the statement on the website of the bank, the fresh loan as additional financing for the Power Sector Recovery Performance-Based Operation, which was first approved on June 23, 2020. First City Monument Bank has said that no fewer than 25,800 Small and Medium Scale Enterprises have accessed between N5m and N100m facility to purchase equipment needed to grow and expand their businesses. The bank said it has provided about N45.9bn loan guarantee support to SMEs with inadequate collateral coverage in the start-up stage and has disbursed over N637.08bn in loans to entrepreneurs.
