A man, Jibrin Sawuta, on Thursday, dragged a middle-aged woman, Hassana Yohanna, before an Upper Customary Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State for allegedly calling him impotent. Yohanna was docked on three counts of intentional insult, defamation and criminal intimidation. The offence runs contrary to sections 312, 371 and 376 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law. Ahead of the May 29 Inauguration, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency have arrested 17 suspects including 14 drug users in various drug joints in Abeokuta, the state capital.
