A court in Lagos has sentenced a woman, Rukayat Oderinde to 144 hours of community service by the court, for violating waste management regulations. Aminat Gusanu Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has alleged that the embattled former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele is the “greatest sponsor of terrorism”. The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has sealed a warehouse containing goods worth N1.9 billion in Idu, an outskirt of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that a member of the Federal Taskforce and Investigation, Enforcement Directorate, NAFDAC, Bubuchiki Godiya, disclosed the development on Friday. The operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have arrested no fewer than 52 suspected internet fraudsters in Ogun State. The EFCC spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren, disclosed this in a statement on Friday. National Universities Commission has presented provisional licences to 37 new private universities that were recently approved by the Federal Executive Council . The universities were granted approval by former president Muhammadu Buhari administration shortly before the end of his administration.
