The Police have arrested a secondary school principal in the Igando area of Lagos for allegedly flogging a female student and inflicting injuries on her body. The Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin,  told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday that the principal was picked up on Friday by the Igando Police Division for interrogation. The Police Command in Kaduna has arrested a 35-year-old man (name withheld), over alleged kidnapping in the state. The police also recovered arms and ammunition in a raid conducted at the residence of the suspect. Operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Kano State have apprehended Muhammad Munzali from Kaura Gidan Damo, Shanono Local Government Area of the  State,while attempting to sneak into the female hostel of Skyline University Nigeria. The university is located along Sardauna Crescent, Nassarawa GRA, Kano State.
