The Adamawa State Government says it will start house-to-house inspection of its monthly sanitation exercise to raise compliance levels. This is coming as households largely ignore the monthly sanitation exercise slated for every last Saturday of the month. Currently, government officials supervise compliance mostly at the levels of public buildings, streets and sewages, leaving households unchecked, thereby freeing most residents to just lie back in their houses and wait until 10am to go out for their usual business.
