Leading the charge in fostering collaborative growth within the tech sector, Dr. Ademola Adenubi, the founder of Edutams, has affirmed his dedication to partnering with the Ogun Tech Community (OTC) to drive advancements in the digital ecosystem.

This commitment was reiterated during a recent courtesy visit by OTC’s executive committee to Edutams’ headquarters.

As part of the visit, Adenubi showcased the new Edutams Hub, a cutting-edge facility set to accommodate over 50 startups during its initial phase.

Emphasizing the pivotal role of collaborative synergy in propelling disruptive growth, Adenubi urged OTC to enhance its engagement with the Ogun State government as it establishes the Ministry of ICT.

“Let’s shift from talk about the ecosystem to action,” Adenubi urged. “Edutams has come; let’s build more. Success stories of startups should be the new narrative.”

Adenubi also called for increased symbiotic collaborations, expressing his commitment to supporting the growth of other startups and tech entrepreneurs. He emphasized, “Collaboration is key in the tech space. No one can do it alone.”

In response, OTC President Adekunle Durosinmi highlighted the community’s purpose of fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.

He commended Edutams for its transformative work and expressed gratitude for the support provided to the tech space in Ogun State.

The executive committee members from OTC, present during the visit, included Matthew Oguntayo, co-founder at Blue Spectra and Finance Director; Emmanuel Oke, General Manager at Oodua FM and Head of Secretariat; Titi Taiwo, Director of Social Impact and Community Engagement; Faith Oludare, Front End Designer, Instructor, and Community Manager; and Bamidele Adenle, Academic Planning Director at DOTS ICT/DOTS Hub.

Also accompanying the delegation were Uzo Adizua, Broadcaster, and Media Professional; and Okiki Solomon, Multimedia Instructor, and Videographer.

Edutams, the brainchild of Adenubi, serves as a comprehensive cloud platform for digitizing education processes in schools. Currently, the platform boasts over 2 million learners and is actively used by over 2000 public schools.

Adenubi’s pledge to collaborate with OTC marks a significant step toward fostering a robust and sustainable tech ecosystem in Ogun State.
