In a bid to revolutionise education in Nigeria, EduTAMS HUB has unveiled plans to collaborate with the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC).

The CEO of EduTAMS, Dr. Ademola Adenubi, announced this at a media chat held on Tuesday at the newly launched Innovation Hub, with top members and leaders of the Ogun Tech Community, Wema Bank Plc, Globus Bank Limited, and Remita.

He stated that the strategic partnership aims to enhance the digital transformation of education, with over 2000 public and 1000 private basic schools in Ogun State already benefiting from EduTAMS’ innovative platform.

Adenubi emphasized the crucial role of innovative solutions in driving meaningful change in education management and learning experiences.

PLATFORM TIMES reports that with EduTAMS’ commitment to supporting startups and fostering innovation, coupled with its inclusive approach involving all stakeholders, the digitalization of education management has recorded significant progress, impacting over 1.5 million learners.

Adenubi expressed eagerness to collaborate with other founders and startups to deliver comprehensive value to the education system.

He stated, “Our goal is to identify and support innovative solutions that align with our vision, ultimately driving innovation in the education space.”

“EduTAMS has already made significant strides in digitalizing education management, with over 1.5 million learners assigned unique identification numbers to track their progress,” he added.

Adenubi emphasized the inclusive nature of EduTAMS’ approach, involving all stakeholders in the education process, from ministry officials to teachers and learners.

“We are involving the stakeholders in education in the process. So for instance, now our transformation in Ogun State is because we involve every team member, every staff, every stakeholder.

“Ministry officials are on the platform; they can work with other zonal officers. Zonal officers are using the platform to work with principals.

“ Principals of each school are using the platform to work with their teachers and their learners.

The teachers are using the platform to assess their students in the class and able to moderate them,” he said.

The President of the Ogun Tech Community, Durosimi Adekunle, commended EduTAMS’ efforts and expressed optimism about its role in fostering collaboration, learning, and innovation within Ogun State’s tech ecosystem.
