As Muslims worldwide mark the conclusion of this year’s Eid-el-Fitr festival, Senator Lawal Adamu Usman of Kaduna Central Senatorial District has urged faithful across Kaduna State and Nigeria to use this auspicious occasion to pray fervently for an end to the persistent insecurity, economic hardships, and challenges facing the nation.

Senator Usman, also known as Senator LA, emphasized the significance of this period following the holy month of Ramadan, calling upon Muslims to beseech Allah for wisdom and guidance for Nigeria’s leaders at all levels.

In a statement from Kaduna, he highlighted the potency of prayers offered by those who have completed the Ramadan fast, believing them to be particularly efficacious in seeking divine intervention.

“On this joyous occasion of the 2025 Eid-el-Fitr celebrations, I extend warm greetings to the entire Muslim Ummah in Kaduna Central, all over Nigeria, and across the world.”

Senator Usman stressed the need for continued adherence to virtues such as charity, tolerance, and good neighborliness beyond the fasting period.

Reflecting on the teachings of Ramadan, Senator Usman urged Muslims to emulate the peaceful coexistence exemplified by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and to avoid actions that could incite communal or religious discord.

He praised the efforts of Muslims in fostering national unity through initiatives like inviting people of other faiths to break fast together, advocating for these practices to endure beyond Ramadan.

As he reiterated his commitment to representing the interests of Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Usman pledged to pursue impactful programs aimed at improving the lives of constituents.

He reaffirmed his dedication to enhancing access to essential services and ensuring the equitable distribution of democratic dividends.

He called upon all Nigerians to prioritize harmony and tolerance in their interactions, rejecting selfish interests in favor of collective well-being.

He urged continuous support from his constituents in advancing the development agenda for Kaduna Central, promising unwavering commitment to their welfare.
