EPL: David Luiz names two teams that will challenge Man City for title
Former Chelsea defender David Luiz has tipped Arsenal and Liverpool to challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title this season.
According to Luiz, other clubs are in transition and not ready to compete.
“Arsenal is the club today that is closest, along with Liverpool perhaps, to challenging City.
“The other clubs that are restructuring and growing again to compete for titles,” he said via Copa City Studio.
City have won the title for the last four consecutive seasons.
However, in the last two seasons, they have been pushed all the way by Arsenal, who finished as runners-up.
