The Federal Capital Territory’s Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (FCT MPWB) has commenced the distribution of 32-kilogramme luggage bags to the FCT pilgrims preparing to return from Saudi Arabia.
Officials involved in the distribution urged all the pilgrims to strictly comply with the established luggage policy to ensure smooth processing during their return.
A statement from the board said the initiative was coming ahead of the resumption of return flights from Saudi Arabia to Nigeria, which the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) announced will begin on June 13.

The 32-kilogramme bags are intended to standardize luggage allowances and help pilgrims avoid delays or penalties at departure and arrival points.
The board, in the statement, assured that the distribution exercise would continue until all the registered pilgrims receive their bags.
