Abeokuta-born Chevron multi-billionaire Realtor, Abdulrasheed Ayinde, has expressed his resolve to build a Palatial country home in the top–notch Pelican Valley Estate Kobape, Ogun State, where ‘Unusual home happens.’
The Realtor disclosed this over the weekend after inspecting his plot of land within the estate even as some United States-based Nigerian investors have also commended the Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited for the level of infrastructural developments and the establishment of Government Approved layouts in its estate in Ogun, a Southwestern State of Nigeria.
Mr. Ayinde, who also has dual citizenship of the Nigerian and United Kingdom, is one of the front-line developers with an investment portfolio worth billions of naira within the popular Chevron Estate, Lekki Lagos, Nigeria.
He describes the CEO of Pelican Valley Nig Ltd as a dogged goal-getter who will not trade his integrity.
His words “I bought this Pelican Valley property from Dr. Adeyemo about 8 years ago but I do no see any reason to look back or have any sleepless nights on it because I know my property is in safe hands, I sleep with my two eyes closed because I always develop mainly within secured estates like Pelican, so I don’t have to rack my brain on Omo Onile or security troubles.
“I have not been here for almost four years now but I monitor his WhatsApp updates religiously and I must commend his vigour, courage and drive for excellence, honesty and Integrity. I am convinced that I’m in the right place to birth my palatial country home at last.”
Another Pelican enthusiastic diasporan investor – Mr. Awofadeju who came with his architect for a site inspection was impressed after a guided tour of the estates, he expressed satisfaction with the firm’s provision of access roads, electricity, armed security guards among others to enhance value for the investors’ money.
Again, the commendations and endorsements keep coming to Pelican Valley and Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo at a season where some real estates operators are exploiting the desire of many Nigerians to have homes for themselves ahead of retirement, to either shortchange or defraud them.
According to The Guardian report, with 200 million population and a housing demand-supply shortfall put at over 20 million units, Nigeria’s property market is an attractive investment destination for many.
The paper, however, stated that while major cities like Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan and others are becoming a beehive of construction activities and huge demand for housing, the governments in these areas too had in recent times been battling with dishonest developers, mediated in over 150 petitions/complaints between property developers and potential landlords/investors/clients among others.
It was reported that over 500,000 lands scam occurs every year in Lagos and Ogun States. In Lagos alone, 50 cases of fraud were adjourned for further mediation in 2021, while 40 were referred to appropriate agencies, with five cases in courts in locations across the Lagos mainland.
But with Pelican Valley and Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, the experience for clients/investors is always different. it has been ‘seeing is believing,’ integrity, honour and satisfaction.
Corroborating this once more to our reporter during the week, the United States based client of Pelican Valley, described his experience with the foremost real estate firm in Ogun State as “impressive, rewarding and encouraging,” assuring that he would recommend the company and its estate products to his family, friends and associates back in the U.S.
He said, “Obviously, I’m impressed by what I saw at the Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican’s Greenish Acres Farm Estate. And definitely, I won’t hesitate to recommend the project to people because if I didn’t see any future there I would not have bothered myself buying into it.
“Surely, I will recommend it to my family people, friends and associates who are interested in properties to key into Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican’s Greenish Acres Farm Estate. It is important to state here that I got to know about them in the United States through online platform. I picked their information from the online platform and there was a phone number there.
“So, I and my wife called and spoke with the CEO, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo directly and we started talking, we sealed the deal and today we are getting our documents and Physical allocation without sweat or stress.”
