Nigeria Will Be Unrecognisable After Tinubu’s Seven-Year Tenure-Akpabio

Senate President Godswill Akpabio has made a bold prediction, stating that that by the end of President Bola Tinubu’s tenure, the country will be so drastically improved that it will be almost unrecognisable.

Speaking at the flag-off ceremony for the Kugbo Bus Terminal in Abuja, Akpabio urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and continue to support the current administration despite the challenges the nation faces.

“I have no doubt that by the time the president is through with his tenure in the country, seven years from today, many people will not recognise FCT, they will not recognise Nigeria again,” Akpabio said.

Highlighting Tinubu’s previous achievements, Akpabio referenced the transformation of Lagos under Tinubu’s governorship.

“He did it in Lagos and today, Lagos is one of the best; one of the largest economies in Africa when we are talking about cities,” he noted.

The Senate President called on citizens to offer their prayers and support for Tinubu’s administration, expressing optimism that current challenges would soon be a thing of the past.

“Let us continue to pray for him and be hopeful that the challenges you see today, tomorrow, you will see them no more,” Akpabio encouraged.

The Kugbo Bus Terminal project was praised by Akpabio as a significant milestone for Tinubu’s administration.

“This is for me another major wonder of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. This is a way to cater to a city of this nature. This is a way to cater to the people of the area councils, the FCT residents and visitors alike,” he stated.
