NPFL: Enyimba coach Olanrewaju reflects on defeat to El-Kanemi Warriors
Enyimba technical adviser, Olanrewaju Yemi has described El-Kanemi Warriors as a decent side.
The People’s Elephant suffered a 1-0 loss to their hosts in Sunday’s matchday eight fixture at the El-Kanemi Stadium, Maiduguri.
Abbas Usman scored the winning goal for El-kanemi Warriors.
Yemi stated that his team suffered from fatigue in the game.
“Yeah it was a good game, they are a decent side, we knew they were a good side and they gave us a good game, “Yemi stated in a post-match interview.
“First half we struggled a bit due to fatigue. I think they had the first half while we had the second half.
“We controlled the game, we created the first chance even though we didn’t score in the first half but it was a good game and a good advert for NPFL.”
