NPFL: Enyimba getting ready for new season – Olanrewaju
Enyimba head coach, Yemi Olanrewaju says his team will be ready for the start of the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, season.
The new campaign will start on Saturday with holders Rangers hosting El-kanemi Warriors at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium.
Enyimba will however not be in action until Saturday, September 7 when they will be away to NPFL new boys, Beyond Limits Academy.
The Aba giants lost a number of their regular players during the off-season , and are currently undergoing a rebuilding process.
Olanrewaju claimed his main focus is to integrate the new players.
“We’re getting better everyday. We have a lot of new players. The focus is now to integrate them,” the former Golden Eaglets assistant coach was quoted by the NPFL media.
