Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Peterside Idah has described Nigeria Premier Football League side, Rivers United as a fantastic team.
Idah made his submission after witnessing Rivers United’s win over Heartland in a matchday two fixture.
Kabir Abdullahi’s brace and Taofeek Otaniyi’s goal earned the former NPFL champions a 3-1 win over Heartland at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt on Saturday.
“Football things always great to watch live football, The Rivers team was fantastic,” the football pundit wrote on X.
Rivers United have garnered four points from their two opening fixtures in the new season.
The Pride of Rivers will take on Lobi Stars next at the Lafia City Stadium.
