Remo Stars technical adviser, Daniel Ogunmodede was relieved to see his side return to winning ways again.
The Sky Blue Stars defeated Bendel Insurance 1-0 in a matchday eight fixture at the Remo Stars Stadium on Sunday.
Ogunmodede said the win was important after their midweek annihilation against Nasarawa United.
“A Work in progress, an important three points in our journey,” Ogunmodede wrote on X.
Remo Stars are top of the NPFL table with 18 points from eight games.
The Sky Blue Stars will take on Heartland in their next league game in Owerri.
