NPFL: Victory over Heartland big relief — Shooting Stars boss Ogunbote
Shooting Stars technical adviser Gbenga Ogunbote has described the victory over Heartland as a big relief.
Samuel Ayanrinde’s lone goal gave the Oluyole Warriors their first win of the new season.
Ogunbote admitted that the game was tough but expressed joy that his boys were able to manage the situation.
“I think it is going to be a big relief for the team,” Ogunbote stated in a post-match interview.
“Having played the first two matches without a win. This win, no matter how it comes, is a big relief for the team.”
Shooting Stars will take on Bendel Insurance next in a matchday five fixture.
