    Request For Expression Of Interest: Pre-qualification Of Suppliers In Nigeria For Provision Of Goods And Services To The World Health Organization In Nigeria

    INTRODUCTION

    The World Health Organization (WHO) Nigeria Country Office  maintains a vendor database to facilitate inclusive and  transparent procurement of goods and  services. WHO Nigeria is currently conducting a vendor prequalification process. All eligible  vendors including those that are currently registered  with WHO Nigeria are encouraged to participate in this  prequalification exercise.  Interested vendors can access the application documents at: https://bit.ly/WHO-EOI.     WHO/Nigeria requires the services of suppliers to deliver goods and  services to meet WHO satisfaction across multiple industries. The  goods/services requirements  extend to diverse fields including agricultural, building and  construction, financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, furniture and fittings, education, printing among others.     SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

    Interested  vendors  must  provide proof of  their  organizational structure,  legal   status, technical capability, and  experience/ credentials in the selected items/services.

    The  prequalification process  will involve site   visits   to the vendor’s  premises to verify   the claims indicated in the expression of interest form. Only pre-qualified vendors will be eligible  to participate in WHO procurement processes of goods and  services.

    Requisite requirements include:

    �      Interested companies must be incorporated in Nigeria.

    �      Possess a proven track record (with relevant experience and credentials) of delivering requests of similar

    nature and complexity locally, internationally (including with international organizations where

    applicable), or in countries of comparable development as Nigeria.

    �      Thorough knowledge of the selected items/services and its related sectors, including regulatory

    frameworks, pricing, taxation, economic, handling, delivery, storage, financial and commercial issues.

    �      Vendors may enter this pre-qualification process individually, as a company, or as a Consortium, subject

    to proof of legal trading.

    Interested vendors must complete the EOI form  and  upload copies of the requested documents not later than July 18, 2025, WAT.

    Supporting documents and  information required as part of the prequalification process, e.g. copies of company registration,  must be  submitted as  a  separate attachments and   title   as  follows: UNGM

    registration number_ company name document type.

    This call for Expression of Interest is not a binding  legal contract and does  not guarantee that a supplier will be approved or awarded any contracts with WHO neither does  it not commit WHO financially or otherwise. The

    pre-qualification process is merely the  first step in the  process, and suppliers will be subjected to further due diligence and evaluation.

    WHO reserves the  right to change or cancel the  requirements, to accept or reject any pre-qualification submissions, and/or to reject the  outcome of this exercise, at its sole discretion without any obligation to inform  the  applicants or provide any explanations for her decisions.

    Vendors are  responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date; and shall bear all costs associated with the  preparation and submission of their  EOIs. WHO will not be liable for any of these costs, regardless of the  conduct or outcome of the  prequalification process.

    All information submitted by vendors will be treated as confidential and will only be used  for the  purpose of the pre-qualification process.

    By participating in the  pre-qualification process, vendors acknowledge and agree to the  terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer.
