The Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District, Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, on Sunday felicitated with tax expert, Prince Ibraheem Adegbokiki, on his 50th birthday, describing him as a committed public servant and accomplished professional.
Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, in a congratulatory message, joined family members, friends and associates in celebrating Adegbokiki, noting that his contributions to revenue administration, media and governance have been commendable.
Adegbokiki, a native of Oke-Ogun-Owu in Abeokuta, Ogun State, previously served as Supervisor for Works and Housing in Abeokuta North Local Government Area. He also worked in the banking sector before transitioning into tax administration.
He was part of the media team for the Transport Committee set up during the first term of Governor Dapo Abiodun, where he contributed to public communication on transport initiatives.
Currently a Tax Auditor with a federal government agency, Adegbokiki is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Nigerian Economic Society.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
Adeola described Adegbokiki’s attainment of 50 as a testament to dedication, resilience and professional growth, wishing him continued success in his endeavours.
