    ‘State Congress will hold as scheduled’ – Kaduna PDP caretaker chairman

    The Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kaduna State, Felix Hassan Hyat, has debunked reports that the scheduled PDP State Congress slated for today, September 21, 2024, has been postponed.

    Speaking through a statement by a member of the committee, Abraham Alberah Catoh, the caretaker chairman said the congress would hold as scheduled.

    “I wish to clarify that the rumour going round that the scheduled PDP State Congress slated for 21/9/2024 has been postponed, is false.

    “The party wishes to categorically state that the State Congress will still go on as scheduled.




    “We call on all party men and women to disregard the rumour, as all necessary preparations for the Congress is in progress,” the statement said.

    According to the statement, all party officials and delegates to the State Congress should endeavor to attend
