As Nigeria prepares for the inauguration of a new government led by Bola Tinubu, the president-elect has held a closed door with the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso .
They reportedly met for four hours in Paris, France, on Monday to discuss the possibility of working together.
PLATFORM TIMES gathered that the major discussion centred on a possible involvement of Kwankwaso in the new administration under Tinubu.
Further findings shows that the high profile meeting has not been concluded as both parties agreed to go for more consultations with stakeholders on both sides.
PLATFORM TIMES further gathered that Tinubu plans to form a government of national unity with a view to allowing some opposition parties.
A senior aide to Kwankwaso said his boss actually travelled to France, but, declined to confirm the meeting between his boss and Tinubu.
