Former Nigeria forward, Brown Ideye, has advised Victor Osimhen to accept a pay cut to facilitate his move to Chelsea.
Chelsea are interested in signing the Napoli striker but negotiations have stalled over Osimhen’s financial demands.
The Blues reportedly want to sign Osimhen on loan, with a reduced salary.
Osimhen is however open to a loan with the obligation for a permanent transfer.
The Nigerian is also not willing to reduce his salary.
Ideye has fingered Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda in the tussle.
“I don’t know why Victor Osimhen’s agent won’t let him to take a pay cut and play for his dream club Chelsea. I think is more than we read online,” Ideye wrote on X.
