Why We Published Pelican Valley Adverts – ICPC Commissioner

... Says Lost Glory In Real Estate Sector is Returning With Realtor Adeyemo

A former Commissioner of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission(ICPC), Mr. Olusesan Olukile(rtd) on Wednesday explained why the Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited’s products advertisement appeared in the latest edition of the Quarterly Anti-Corruption Report on Nigeria, a quarterly report, chronicling the Federal Government anti-corruption efforts.

Mr. Olukile who is the publisher said Pelican Valley has been tested, trusted, and found to be a real estate firm of honesty and integrity while the realtor and the CEO behind it, Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo, is also well known to him as a man of honour, due diligence, and integrity.

He made this known while presenting a copy of the magazine to Adeyemo at The Podium within Pelican Valley Estate  Laderin, Abeokuta, and submitted that whoever relates with the real estate firm or the CEO on any of their products would surely smile at the end of the day. He was represented at the occasion by Mr. Idris K. Abu.

Olukile who was a former ICPC -Commissioner in charge of Oyo and Ogun States respectively, noted that the lost glory has been rediscovered in the real estate business by Dr. Adeyemo, who is also an anti-corruption ambassador in line with the National Ethics and Integrity Policy of Federal Government of Nigeria.

“It is imperative to advertise Pelican in an Anti-corruption book like this, simply because he has been tested, trusted with honesty and integrity in the discharge of his daily activities, while as a seasoned journalist and as a real estate expert, having known him for years when I was ICPC Commissioner in – charge of Oyo and Ogun State.

“It is a fact that the lost glory has been rediscovered in the real estate business by Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, CEO of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited. It is my singular honour to present the 3rd Edition of the Quarterly Anti-Corruption Reports on Nigeria to Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo,” he said.

Responding, Dr Adeyemo commended him for the recommendation, describing the gesture as one of the pleasant surprises towards wrapping up the year, and said it will spur him to be committed to integrity, due diligence, and quality service delivery in his real estate practice.
