    YAPEGG Carpets Education Minister Over Statement

    The Youth Ambassadors for Promotion of Education and Good Governance, YAPEGG has carpeted the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu over his recent outburst that he knew nothing or little about Education Ministry before his appointment as Minister.

    According to the statement signed by the National President of the association, Ambassador Emmanuel Madukaihe Onwuegbu and released to the media, the body described the statement as absurd and insult to the Educational system of the country.

    The body however admonish the incoming administration to see this as one of the factors that endangering the future of Education in the country.
    “Education is the bedrock of any progressive nation” The statement reads.

    YAPEGG advised that Educational system of the country should be entrusted in more competent and well-informed Educationists to pilot.

    The body also promised to support and work with the incoming administration to raise the standard of education across board.
