OPINION : Your Ways Will Never Be This Rough Like Train Station’s, Citizen’s Appeal For Compassion On Behalf Of Millions

    YOUR Excellency,

    Otunba Gbenga Daniel,

    Senator, Ogun East Senatorial District,

    NASS

    25th October, 2024

I bring you warm greetings from myself, my family and the ENTIRE NIGERIANS AND DISAPORANS on whose behalf I make this passionate appeal, which, by your person I know, will receive positive attention for God and humanity.

I choose to address you as YOUR EXCELLENCY over the sufficing Prefix of Distinguished Senator because of an experience I once had of your testament which I shared with you. It’s worth repeating here. A group of very Senior Citizens of Ogun Waterside at the Ilaje speaking area told me while on tour of duty with OGUN RAAMP that they had told you to merely send words across to them should you be interested in anything political contest. I asked WHY. They responded thus:”OGD Govt was the last time we felt and know we are part of Ogun State in terms of presence of projects,’. I developed goose pimples, when the import of LEGACY once again resonated with me on account of this testimonial.

To this end, YOUR EXCELLENCY, you will once again be a reference point IF you deploy your good offices as THE SENATOR, yes, I mean THE SENATOR representing Ogun East at the National Assembly, to work with your younger colleagues – Senators Olamilekan Adeola-YAYI and Shuaibu Salis of Ogun West and Central, respectively, to deliver the Oke-Mosan -Laderin-Train Station road for posterity.

This appeal becomes more imperative considering the killing cost of the price of fuel vis-a-vis cost of maintaining automobiles and the waste of man-hour traversing the road.

Plus, it’s parlous state is NOT giving OUR state good reputation outside and even within, as you are well aware of.

I am sure this TRIPOD of OGD, YAYI AND SALIS has more than it takes to deliver this road and many more, striking the right synergy amongst yourself, OUR DISTINGUISHED SENATORS.

It is needless to state that those who had been Landlords in the areas before, like the Japa people, many of whom are now JAPADAing , are now reversing to becoming TENANTS elsewhere again, on account of the awful road.

I count on your past record, present integrity and unalloyed interest in listening to the VOICELESS like me to deliver the entire human race plying this road from their harrowing experiences. The ONLY train Station road that I know, having gone round, that is this bad.

Our God who has enable you will not disable you.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Signed
    Segun Adeleye
