The Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Alhaja Noimot Salako-Oyedele, has been celebrated for her leadership, service, and commitment to the Muslim community on the occasion of her birthday.
In a heartfelt letter of felicitation, the Council of Muslim Titled Chiefs (COMTIC) of Ogun State expressed gratitude to Allah for the Deputy Governor’s continued good health, wisdom, and achievements.
The letter, signed by Dr. Kusimo Adeneye Rabiu, Registrar and Secretary of the council, commended her exemplary service to humanity and her unwavering dedication to the progress of Muslims in the state.
The council described Alhaja Salako-Oyedele as a “devout Muslimah whose leadership reflects the true teachings of Islam” and lauded her for displaying humility, visionary leadership, and a passion for unity and development despite holding a high office.
“We join your family, friends, associates, and the entire Muslim community in thanking Allah for granting you another year of immense grace, honour, and achievements,” the council said in the congratulatory message.
The letter prayed for continued divine protection and provision for the Deputy Governor, calling on Allah to bless her efforts, forgive her shortcomings, and grant her a long life of comfort and well-being.
It further prayed that she remains a source of pride for both the Ummah and humanity at large.
The Deputy Governor, who has consistently been recognized for her philanthropic activities and engagement with the Muslim community, is celebrated not only for her political accomplishments but also for her role as a bridge between faith and governance in Ogun State.
Alhaja Salako-Oyedele’s birthday comes amid ongoing efforts by her office to promote social welfare initiatives, education, and infrastructural development across the state.
The Council of Muslim Titled Chiefs added in the letter with a Qur’anic reference: “Whoever desires honour should know that all honour belongs to Allah…” (Q35:10), highlighting her achievements as a reflection of divine guidance.
