A Bishop and General Overseer in Abia state, name (withheld) has been arrested following the mysterious death of his married lover in an hotel in the state after sex romp.
The Abia State Police Command has launched a comprehensive investigation into the death of the married woman allegedly involved in a sexual encounter with a prominent bishop.
PLATFORM TIMES gathered that there was an amorous relationship between the married lady evangelist and a charismatic bishop, known as the General Overseer of a new-generation Church/Prayer Ministry (names withheld).

Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Moureen Chinaka has disclosed that the Abia State Police Command remains unflinching in its pursuit of the truth.
The command is determined to uncover the facts behind the woman’s shocking demise, even as they grapple with the complexity of her relationship with the bishop.
The initial narrative indicates that the woman and the bishop engaged in an overnight tryst at a prominent guest house in the Ogbor Hill area of Aba.
Under the cover of night, their rendezvous took an alarming twist, culminating in the woman’s lifeless body being discovered the following morning.
As suspicions of foul play loom over the case, the police are delving into the intricacies of their association.
The revelation that the bishop had left the guest house around 11:00 pm, ostensibly to procure food, adds a layer of intrigue to the story.
The discovery of the woman’s unclothed body, her mouth and nose foaming, amplifies the mystery surrounding her sudden demise.
Intriguingly, a probe into her mobile phone shed light on the extent of their romantic involvement, further deepening the mystery.
The bishop, known for his role within the Church/Prayer Ministry, was summoned for questioning during his Sunday sermon.
He was said to still being interogated at the Eastern Ngwa Police Station in Obingwa.
In an unfortunate twist of fate, the woman’s husband was away on a business trip to Bayelsa State when the incident occurred, leaving him grappling with grief and confusion upon his return.
