The statement Written and signed by Omo’ba Abiola OGUNDEKO, the Publicity Secretary of the 2023 Oguola Day Celebration Central Working Committee.

The Grand Finale witnessed a spectacular gathering of traditional age groups, clubs, associations, and dignitaries, all paying homage to His Royal Highness, Alayeluwa Oba Taiwo Taiwo, Amororo II, Onipara of Ipara Remo.

His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, graced the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour, joined by Hon. (Prince) Adedapo Odunsi, the Executive Chairman of Remo North Local Government, as the Guest of Honour.

The event’s chair, Dr. Seinde Fadeni, and Chief Launcher, Engr. Wole Ogunsanya, orchestrated the grandeur.

A significant highlight was the launch of the Onipara’s Palace Fundraising, amassing a staggering N250,000,000:00. Mr. Sammy Ogunjimi and Otunba Seni Adetu led this noble initiative as Chief Launcher and Co-Launcher, respectively, demonstrating the community’s dedication to growth and development.

In attendance were distinguished Royal Fathers, including HRH Oba A. A. Mayungbe, Odemo of Isara Remo, among others, and a multitude of esteemed guests.

The Central Working Committee, chaired by Chief (Mrs.) Olusola Adebukunola Ogunsanya-Abisoye, orchestrated the seamless execution of the celebration, highlighting Prof. Kolawole Soyebo as the Secretary.
