Arsenal have launched a bid to sign Espanyol goalkeeper, Joan Garcia this summer transfer window.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League North London club has submitted a £17 million offer to Espanyol for Garcia’s signature.
The report added that the Spanish La Liga club wants Garcia’s £25 million release clause to be triggered instead.
The Spanish keeper has already agreed personal terms with Arsenal.
He is Arsenal’s planned replacement for Aaron Ramsdale, who is set to join Southampton.
