Men of Ogun State police command have arrested four staff of ZEFA Microfinance Bank, situated at Abule- Ijoko Lemode area of Ifo local government of the state over the death of a 50-year- old, Vivian Omo, a wife to one of their debtors. A 58-year-old founder and General Overseer of Seraphic and Sabbath Assembly, Lagos State, Azuka Kenrick Nnodu, and two others have been jailed for drug dealing. Justice Akintayo Aluko of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos convicted Nnodu and his two co-defendants Udezuka Udoka, 26, and 40-year-old Oyoyo Mary Obasi, following their ‘guilty’ plea to a six-count charge preferred against them by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA). Men of Osun State Police command have recovered not less than 15 goats from two inter-state livestock robbers. The state Police Command has asked the residents of the state to check the state command headquarters in Osogbo, the state capital, for their missing goats. The police officers had, on Wednesday, May 10, arrested two men along the Odeomu-Sekona Road for allegedly stealing 15 goats in Osun State while making an attempt to move them to Lagos. The Lagos State Police Command has arrested five teenagers suspected to be involved in cultism. This is also as some weapons shaped like small axes were recovered from them. Aminat Gusanu A baby suspected to be only two days old was found abandoned within the premises of the Internally Displaced Persons camp in Uhogua, Ovia South West Local Government Area of Edo State.
