A Federal High Court, Abuja has restrained the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission from inviting or investigating Brigadier General Charles Nengite over alleged money laundering offence during his secondment to the Niger Delta Development Commission. Justice Obiora Egwuatu made an order of perpetual injunction restraining the EFCC from probing him on Wednesday.
