In his Eid-el-Kabir message, President Bola Tinubu urged Nigerians to hold on to their great expectations and assured them that their sacrifices would not be in vain.

The message, signed by Ajuri Ngelale, his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, congratulated the Muslim faithful and prayed for Allah to accept their supplications and acts of obedience.

President Tinubu highlighted the significance of Eid-el-Kabir, describing it as an event that represents sacrifice, faith, and obedience to the will of the Almighty.

He assured Nigerians that his administration would continue to prioritize their social and economic well-being, emphasizing that these elements are crucial for nation-building.

“The President emphasizes that sacrifice and duty are essential ingredients to nation-building, noting that it takes collective purpose, will, and action to bring about great change,” the message read.

The President called on citizens to reflect on the teachings of the season, urging them to spare a prayer for the nation to maintain continuous peace and stability.

He encouraged Nigerians to work together in promoting unity, peace, and progress.

Acknowledging the sacrifices made by Nigerians over the past year, President Tinubu assured the nation that these efforts are beginning to yield positive results.

“The sacrifices and great expectations of citizens will not come to nought as already propitious outcomes are beginning to manifest with the economy strengthening and vibrancy returning to critical sectors,” he stated.

The President reaffirmed his commitment to prioritizing the physical, social, and economic security of all Nigerians, vowing that his administration would not relent in its efforts to ensure growth and development.

Celebrating with the Muslim Ummah, President Tinubu emphasized the deep meaning and significance of Eid-el-Kabir for the nation.

He enjoined all Nigerians to reflect on the essence of the occasion and its teachings, which highlight the importance of sacrifice, faith, and obedience.
