The National Planning Committee for the Nigeria Public Relations Week-Abeokuta 2024 (NPRW) has issued a reminder that the early bird concessionary rates of Eighty thousand Naira (N80,000.00) for members and One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira (N120,000.00) for non-members will conclude on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Mr. Akin Okudero, Chairman of the Public Relations & Stakeholders Sub Committee, emphasized that starting March 1, members and non-members will be required to pay the regular fees of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) and One Hundred & Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000.00), respectively, to register for the Week.

Okudero urged members to seize the last day of grace to register and take advantage of the concessionary rate.

Additionally, he advised early hotel bookings through the event website, www.niprng.org.ng, to avoid potential disappointments and delays.

The inaugural edition of the Nigeria Public Relations Week (NPRW), organized by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), is scheduled to take place in the historic city of Abeokuta from April 22nd to 26, 2024.

Anticipating over 2000 delegates from various professional sectors globally, the five-day event will feature more than twenty-five sessions.

High expectations surround NPRW, with citizens, business organizations, and notable personalities already partnering with the institute for what promises to be an epochal event.

Chief Bode Mustapha, the Osi Egba, a senior practitioner and traditional title holder in Egbaland, expressed a warm welcome to Public Relations practitioners, citing Abeokuta’s historical significance in the development of journalism, advertising, and public relations in Nigeria.
