Senator Gbenga Daniel has joined the good people of Ogun State, especially Isara Remo indigenes to mourn the tragic loss of one of its distinguished son, Professor Joseph Sunday Odemuyiwa, who tragically passed away in a motor accident on Tuesday.

Professor Odemuyiwa, a native of Moborode Isara Remo, was revered not only as an esteemed academic but also as a respected politician and leader in the community.

Expressing his condolences, Senator Daniel lamented the loss, describing him as a blessing to Isara, Ogun State and Nigeria.

The former governor emphasized the irreplaceable loss felt by the community, considering Professor Odemuyiwa’s esteemed profile and status.

As the Former Special Adviser on Technical Education to the governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, and the immediate past President of the Workplace Educators and Managers Association of Nigeria (WEMAN), Professor Odemuyiwa made significant contributions to the educational sector and the development of human resources in Ogun State.

Beyond his academic achievements, Professor Odemuyiwa was known for his practical knowledge of business and his dedication to empowering others through education. His expertise in Business Education and Office Systems Management, coupled with his commitment to bridging the gap between theory and practice, earned him widespread respect and admiration.

“The news of Professor Odemuyiwa’s passing is deeply saddening, not only his family and the people of Moborode and Imagbon Community but also the entire state of Ogun. His legacy of service and dedication will forever be cherished, and his memory will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest in peace,” Senator Daniel mourns.
