… Hails Estate’s Strategic Location
A Canada – based Nigerian scholar, Oluwole Akinremi, has used his keen business eye to survey the Pelican Ecostay Apartments Kobape and environs, concluding that its strategic location that allows seamless link to Lagos, Ibadan and any other city in Southwest geopolitical zone is an advantage to investors, especially the diasporas.

Akinremi said, “We spent a night at the Ecostay Apartments, and I wish it was one week. It is a nice place. I love plants and there are a lot of trees and a lot of plants there, so the air is very fresh. Everything is well landscaped, there are a lot of trees in front of the houses and good surroundings and it is an enjoyable place. Ecostay Apartment is just fantastic, all the facilities that we needed were in there. We had TV, air conditioners, and free wifi where we were able to watch YouTube, movies, and more. It was so excellent.
“Also, I was able to walk around and saw genuine creativity and efforts to make the diaspora feel Canada in Kobape. I walked through Toronto, Manitoba avenue, Ontario and other streets and I was very surprised because I was able to see a lot of buildings on the site, and I even saw some people are living there, who are fully settled there. So, it was a very pleasant and very enjoyable stay in the Ecostay Apartment.
“I didn’t regret investing in Pelican Valley real estate products. There are several things I saw before i invested, but the most important thing is the person behind the vision, he his a person you can trust. Once you make your payment, you have the receipt already. You have allotment, the papers, Survey, and everything come in the package, and you sign it. “The other side is that, I have an Estate in Ajah, Badore and I know that from my place to Muritala Muhammad Airport will take me more than 2 and half hours, but from Kobape, it is an hour 15 minutes at most, from here to Abeokuta is minutes, to Ibadan is one hour, so you are very close to everywhere from this place.
“I can see that from this place, you can get to Lagos state and Oyo state from here, the road is very good, Sagamu- Abeokuta express way is excellent and Lagos-Ibadan express way is also excellent, so from here you can get to anywhere. That is the fact that I know that very soon, we are going to start to develop our project so as to join people who are already here.”
Also, another Pelican Brief, US – based subscriber, Mr. Babatunde Abdullahi, who had spent about three months in the Pelican s Ecostay Apartment, described his experience and the best since he has been visiting Nigeria. Mr. Abdullahi, who initially booked a one week stay at the apartment, eventually extended his stay by over two months after experiencing the scenic and serene atmosphere of the Ecostay.
