    Pelican Valley Increases Land Prices

    Real estate firm, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited has announced upward review of its land prices.

    According to the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, the increment will take effect from January 1, 2025.

    The comapny said the price increment was due to the massive capital appreciations and investments on its Estates across the state.

    The new rates are as follows;

    1. Pelican Brief:

    Current Price – 7,500,000

    New Price – 10,000,000 (All charges inclusive)

    2. Pelicans Greenish Acres:

    Current Price – 8,000,000

    New Price – 9,500,000 (All charges inclusive)

    3. Pelican Valley:

    Current Price – 50,000 per SQM

    New Price – 55,000 per SQM
