No fewer than 21 heavily pregnant teenagers have been rescued from a baby factory in Abia State . Two babies (a boy and a girl) were also rescued from the baby factory. It was dramatic when a victim spotted two suspected motorcycle thieves who stole his motorcycle at filling station in Delta. The victim reportedly screamed which alerted the people that eventually led to their arrest . Confirming the incident, the Delta State Police Command said they have been arrested who were members of a syndicate that specialized in stealing motorcycles in the state.
