No fewer than 37 inmates have regained their freedom from the Kuje Medium Custodial Centre and Suleja Centre following payments of their fines. PLATFORM TIMES gathered that the inmates were fined from N15,000 to N130,000 but couid not pay which had made them remained in the center . The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Agba has declared that no fewer than 133 million Nigerians are Multi-dimensionally Poor . He also added that about 69.9million Nigerians were monetarily poor. The Debt Management Office on Thursday, says it has raised a total of N50.2 billion through FGN Savings Bond from about 35,000 subscribers so far. The Director General, DMO, Patience Oniha, disclosed this during the NGX Savings Bond webinar 2023 organised by the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) in collaboration with Optimus by Afrinvest and CSL Stockbrokers in Lagos. No fewer than 235 out 280 workers have been recruited into the Nigerian Civil Aviation Agency from the north in eight years, between 2015 and 2023 years. A report obtained by PLATFORM TIMES shows that 84 per cent of the whole number of the workers were northerners while 16 remaining slots were ceded to southerners . A 25-year woman (name withheld) on Wednesday told an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court how a bishop, Oluwafeyiropo Daniels, allegedly raped her while praying. The alleged rape occurred at the cleric’s residence in Lekki, Lagos State. A 26-year-old man, Sulaityo John charged with stealing five tubers of sweet potatoes inside a church has been freed by a Grade I Area Court sitting in Kabusa, Abuja, on Thursday.
