Ogun RTEAN Chairman, Efele, Becomes Face Of IAS, Begins Promotion Of NITC, Kings City

 

Chairman of Road Transport Employer Association of Nigeria, Ogun State chapter, Titilayo Akibu popularly called Efele, has accepted to be one of the faces of IAS Unique Homes & Properties Ltd.

The RTEAN boss in the state disclosed his acceptance  when he paid a host to the management team of IAS Unique Homes & Properties Ltd led  by Ayobani Adelani in his office in Abeokuta.

Speaking on the choice of Efele as one of the faces, the Chairman of the company,  Adelani said the RTEAN  boss in the state was carefully chosen following his status in the society.

The IAS which has become a household name in the state and beyond has selected some  faces of it’s brand to drive the latest big  projects  which include; NITC  and Kings City among others.

The Chairman of IAS said the company  settled for   Efele  among others very notable persons in the country due to their acceptance  and  marketable status.

Adelani said “IAS Unique Homes & Properties Ltd is happy to choose Chief Titilayo  Akibu, Chairman RTEAN in the state, as one of the faces of the number one real estate companies in Nigeria .

“Currently, we have a very big and competitive project which is the NITC (Nigeria Immigration Treasure City) with 38 hectres located on the Abeokuta-Lagos Road, Wasinmi, Ewekoro,Ogun State.

“Considering your esteemed status, the team in the company unanimously chose RTEAN Chairman as a face of the company for this project.

“The reason for his choice was to have him convince his esteemed members of Road Transport Employer Association of Nigeria to have their share of this competitive legacy. A plot is sold for N7.5m.”

Reacting to the offer, Efele pledged to throw his weight behind the IAS projects and ensure his members adopt  them.
